Ahh, the good old days. I had, strangely enough, leveled my mage as Aane way bk in the day, so evate was already there, but I tended to run out of mana pretty qukly and often had to wand mobs to death. Imagine wands not having the ability to auto-shoot. Now THAT sked. The mage review was pretty insane. Elemental sps bame popular, the 11 point Aane mandatory raid build bame obsolete, and Deep Fire bame just fugly good. Now if only they'd put e Lae bk to the way it was...
Woah, I haven't been fire in so long... I though it still only gave 1rit.
I want to be able to play as elemental mage again cry Resiliee and all the extra stam killed my kitten :(
Good old memories. As I started out with my mage long time ago, I do remember aane explosion having asasting time and not being an instant. Unless spced far enough aane it was the most useless aoe spell ever. And that useless flamstrike you needed to get to blastwave indeed! Hmm though at the time as a newbie mage, I thought that 15% morerit on an AOE like flamestrike was awesome. I got it ran out and used it as a puller and did not understand why I died that mh by those swarms of angry mobs that the tank justould not get of me......... Sigh, those days when I was a young mage with sooo mh to learn..

Heh, reminds me of the old PVP days when there was a nightly Alliae raid on Org, and Horde would hold the Alliae in the entrae tunnel. I'd hide in aorner and wait for them to getlose enough and throw a flamestrike out into the mass of Alliae. With Imp FS I was dropping people left and right. Fun times....
